 According to bank regulations, we can refund to the card used for payment only to avoid the charge-back from the cardholder.

We have a wheelchair service for passengers, however, due to the limited wheelchairs, depending on the specific situation at the airport, the staff at the airport will arrange for you. Kindly email us at reservations@flymyanmarairways.com to book the special service before the date of departure.

Please be advised that you can upgrade your ticket to Business class if your original ticket is allowed to change. For processing, you should email us via reservations@flymyanmarairways.com or do it at the last-minute ticket counters at domestic and international airports.

Yes, you can use a credit card to make the payment.

We are sorry for the adjustment of flight times/dates. You should contact us to confirm or change to another flight which is suitable for your plane.

Yes, you can add the flyer number after the ticket issued, please email to FlyMyanmarAirways for adding.

Please be present at the airport for check-in at least 02 hours before your flight departure time.

Currently, you will be allowed to check in at 30kg if your ticket is Business class and 20kg if Economy class.
